We offer 2 delivery options using Royal Mail Special Delivery services (if other courier services are used you will be notified) to ensure safe arrival.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery :  £8.95 - We recommend this service (next working day guaranteed if ordered by 3pm). Next Day Special Delivery will automatically be used for  purchases.

Collect from store : FREE - Following confirmation, items are usually ready to collect within an hour. 

If you have chosen to collect your item from our store, you will be required to bring your order confirmation, photographic proof of your identity (such as a passport or driving license). Following confirmation, you will be able to collect your order from anytime between Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30 am - 5pm (excluding Friday, collection is available from 10:30am - 3pm). 

International delivery - Please email [email protected]

Delivery is complimentary for orders over £500 to one address. Orders received after 15:00 pm will be delivered the following day (excluding Friday).

If you have placed an order with personalisation or any additional service, this may take longer. Simply Jewellery will make the best endeavors to deliver on time but can not guarantee any time-sensitive requests.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
