Orders processed in the UK will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

Do you supply certification?

Repairs
It is recommended to visit our store fora repair submission. During your visit, we will thoroughly inspect your item(s) and provide a comprehensive assessment of the required work.
To send your items to our workshop: We advise sending your precious jewellery and watches via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, signed for service. This delivery method insures your package and guarantees delivery between 9am - 1pm.

Prompt notification will be sent upon receipt of your repair.
Only send a repair following our confirmation.
