Delivery
SIMPLY JEWELLERY insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. To ensure safe arrival, our packages are delivered by Royal Mail (In the case of industrial strikes, if another courier services is used you will be notified).
Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.95 - We recommend this service (next working day guaranteed if ordered by 3pm). Next Day Special Delivery will automatically be used for items valued over £50.00. (More info below).
Collect from store FREE - Following confirmation, items are usually ready to collect within an hour.
If you have chosen to collect your item from our store, you will be required to bring your order confirmation, photographic proof of your identity (such as a passport or driving license). Following confirmation, you will be able to collect your order from anytime between Tuesday - Saturday, 10 am - 5pm.
UK ORDERS ONLY - Royal Mail Special Delivery
If you place your order online before 15:00, your jewellery will arrive the next day by Royal Mail (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays). We prefer to delivery and collect you items via Special delivery as every package is insured and securely delivered to address in the UK.
Orders placed before 13:00 on Friday will arrive on Saturday. If you place your order after 13:00 on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. All parcels must be signed for in person.
International - Cost for Royal Mail Tracked & Signed will be calculated at checkout. For more information on international delivery please email [email protected]
Delivery is complimentary for orders over £300 to one address. Orders received after 3pm will be delivered the following day (excluding Saturday).
If your order has been personalised or you require an additional service, delivery time may be extended. Simply Jewellery will make the best endeavors to deliver on time but can not guarantee any time-sensitive requests.
Exchanges and Returns

We have a 28 day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging with any enclosures including certification accompanied with the item.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] to let us know what item you are returning, the reason for return along with your full name and order number. Please refer to the returns guide containing instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are confident with our products and therefore cover the costs to return your order back to our store. Please contact us to receive your return shipping label.

RETURNS GUIDE
Please package and return items in the following way:
Place jewellery items back in the Simply Jewellery box. Then, place the box and jewellery back within the original shipping bag.Place items material provided with the original order, including certificate of authenticity but excluding the invoice.Shipping box should be sealed.
Please make sure you return your item (s) with Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure safe arrival, as we will not be responsible for items not received to Simply Jewellery.
As part of our return policy you must return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as received. Please contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items can not be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please note. we do not accept earring returns for hygienic purposes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us and let us know (1) which item you would like to return and (2) which item you would like to exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you your new item.
Jewellery and Watch repairs
Jewellery repairs are completed through in-house craftsmanship within our workshop and the expertise of artisans with whom we have nurtured a longstanding, two-decade partnership in the Hatton Garden district in London.
For the intricate art of stringing, we exclusively entrust our dedicated team of stringers operating from our own workshop.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Gift Cards
To purchase a gift card, please click the link. You can also manually add a gift card to your basket during the checkout. The amount you decide to gift is then triggered once you add a gift card to your basket. We accept gift cards from £35 - £200. To gift an amount more than £200.00 please contact our store, as such gift follow a separate procedure.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Content and Photography
Our photographs are taken in natural lighting to provide images that accurately represent our products. To ensure that customers can purchase items online that do not differ in real-life, we limit editing on our photographs.
All images are taken by SIMPLY JEWELLERY, we also maintain copyright rights on our images unless permissions are given directly from us. Images taken in the studio may have slight differences due to lighting and background effects.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Simply Jewellery only purchase natural diamonds and natural gemstones through the most respected suppliers, who, like us, proudly follow and enforce the standards and systems relating to the trade of diamonds and gemstones to ensure they are from sources conflict fee.
Support industry guidelines which are enforced by our membership with the national association of jewellers. This membership requires us to uphold and promote industry guidelines.
